Subscription Agreement

A subscription agreement is the contract an LP signs to commit capital to a fund and become a limited partner. It records the commitment amount and includes the investor's representations, such as qualifying as an eligible or accredited investor. Signing it, along with the LPA, admits the LP to the fund.
