ODD (Operational Due Diligence)

Operational due diligence is the review an LP performs on a GP's business operations rather than its investment strategy, covering controls, compliance, valuation policies, service providers, cybersecurity, and back-office capabilities. Its aim is to catch operational and fraud risk before committing. It complements the investment diligence focused on returns and strategy.
